Fist wash and peel the baby pototes and holl in it with the help of fork now take a deep pan add water and boil the water Nicky now put the all potatoes and cook for 80% and remove the potatoes and cool it now heat the oil and fry all the baby pototes until potatoes color becames golden brown

For dumaloo masala take a tadka pan add fennel cinnamon leaving coriander seeds & black seeds and roast for a minute now grind the whole roasted masala and whole red chilli in mixer jar

Now take a pan add onions ginger garlic paste green chilli then add tomato puree turmeric kashmiri red chilli powder coriander powder and dumaloo masala and cook until gravy release the oil

Then add curd and mix well now add the patotoes and 1 cup of water and cook in meddium flame for 10 minutes then add fengureek powder
Now serve the dum aloo with Nan or roti
