Ingredients

2 servings

1 blockFirm tofu
1 bagOkra
1 largeTomato
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspThe juice from grated ginger
1Chopped scallions

Steps

Put a plate on top of the firm tofu, and drain excess water. Chop the okra and tomato into pieces, and pour over the sauce. The sauce ingredients are 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, and chopped scallions.
