Take a pan add oil and cumin seeds.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it.

Add onion paste and saute it for 1 minute.

Add tomato paste and saute it.

Add all spices and mix well.

Add cashew paste, fresh malai and mix it and saute it for 2 minutes at low flame.

Add water and boil it.

Add kofta and garnish it with fresh malai and serve it.
