Ingredients

  1. 1whole chicken
  2. Marinate recipe
  3. 1 packetShaan Masala (diy is better)
  4. 4 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 4 tbsplemon juice
  6. Dipping sauce
  7. 1 cupyogurt
  8. 1 clovegarlic
  9. 1chilli
  10. 1 bunchcilantro
  11. 1 bunchmint
  12. Salt

    Gash the chicken, make the masala paste, apply generously in all cracks crevices and cuts. Marinate for at least 4 hours

    Aluminum Foil wrap the bird. ‘Steam’ the chicken in a cooker for 20 min. Do not pressure cook. Baste with oil. Air fry 400F 20 min turning every 5 minutes. Save all the juices for dipping.
    Make the yogurt dipping sauce and enjoy the wonderful dish.
