Soak cashews in milk and almonds in water for 1-2 hours and peel the almonds and mix with cashews and grind them in a fine paste.

Take one heavy bottom kadai. Grate the mawa and roasted suji and cook it in low to medium flame until it reales its fat. Then add cashews and almonds mixture and cook another 2-4 minutes.Keep it in a big plate for cooling.

Take one big plate for kneading the maida. Add ghee and crumble it with maida. Then add water and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Take mawa mix cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well. Make small circle with maida balls. Place stuffing in the centre snd cover it and press properly.
Make gujiya shape and fry in low to medium flame. Serve hot
