Peel your yam and cut it into trips

Wash the yam and put it inside a boiling water to cook

In a separate bowl add your flour,salt,paprika,black pepper,turmeric,curry and seasoning, then give it a good stir to combine

Crack your egg in a separate bowl and add pinch of salt

When the yam is cooked,take it off from the heat and strain

Allow it to cool down

You then take each of the yam and dip it inside the egg then you coat it with the flour mixture

After you finish that,then you put your oil in a pan

Fry it untill golden brown

Serve with any sauce of your choice
