Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 8 servings
  1. 10.5 ozladyfingers (about 300 g)
  2. 3/4 cupbrewed coffee (about 200 ml)
  3. 8.8 ozmascarpone (about 250 g)
  4. 3/4 cupsweetened whipping cream (about 200 ml)
  5. 7 ozsweetened condensed milk (about 200 g)
  6. as neededunsweetened cocoa powder,
  7. chocolate chips, as desired

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

Brew the coffee and let it cool. Meanwhile, make the mascarpone cream: in a bowl, combine the mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk. In a separate bowl, whip the sweetened cream until stiff peaks form, then gradually fold it into the mascarpone-condensed milk mixture.

  2. 2

Dip the ladyfingers into the cooled, sweetened coffee (for a lighter flavor, you can add a little milk if you like), then arrange them side by side in a baking dish or aluminum pan, forming a complete layer. Cover with a layer of the mascarpone-condensed milk cream.

  3. 3

Add another layer by dipping more ladyfingers in coffee, then cover with a generous amount of cream. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and chocolate chips.

  4. 4

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
