Easy Tiramisu

Tiramisu seems difficult to make, but it's actually quite easy. You can easily make an exquisite tiramisu!
If you mix the egg yolks into the cream cheese a little at a time, it won't separate. Adjust the bitterness of the coffee to the preference of your eaters. For 18 cm [7.1 in] cake mould. Recipe by Maiko

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring cream cheese to room temperature and put it in a bowl. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- 2
Add half the sugar and mix, then add egg yolks one at a time, and mix everything together.
- 3
In a different bowl, combine heavy cream and the remaining half of the sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form and it's shiny.
- 4
Use the whisk to scoop a spoonful of the whipped cream to blend with the mixture made in Step 2. Then add the rest of the whipped cream and mix it all together.
- 5
Combine the ingredients marked ☆ and make the coffee mixture. *Adjust the bitterness to your taste.
- 6
Line a mould with half of the biscuits (it's OK to layer them). Spoon half of the coffee mixture on top and let it soak.
- 7
Add half the cream mixture from Step 4.
- 8
Repeat Steps 6 and 7.
- 9
Wrap the mould and let it sit in the fridge for an hour until it has settled. Sprinkle cocoa powder and it's done.
- 10
I don't sprinkle the cocoa powder on all at once. I put a slice on a plate and then sprinkle it on that.

Everyone in my family loves tiramisu. If I make it at home, we can eat to our hearts desire!Since we serve it to our children, I make a non-alcoholic version; even still, it's delicious. For the liqueur, I recommend a coffee flavor like Kahlua. If mascarpone is not available, you could substitute with a 1:1 ratio of cream cheese and strained cottage cheese!Instead of espresso, you can use strong black instant coffee. Classic Tiramisu Classic Tiramisu
Store bought just doesn't make the cut. I had to make my own. It is easy but time consuming, the best things are worth the wait. This really does need to chill for 24 hours. If you can't wait it must be at least 12. Cooking the eggs over a double boiler takes a full 10 minutes but is vital. All steps truly make a masterpiece when finished. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Tiramisu Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou* cookpad.japan -

Tiramisu Tiramisu
Tiramisu is such a delicious dessert from Italy with many variations. In my version I left out the uncooked egg yolks and used vanilla flavored whipped cream blended with the marscapone for a loghtens creamy filling and topping. It's a great ending to any meal with its great coffee, vanilla flavor. fenway
