Spinach soup

Heat the butter in a non-stick kadhai, add the onion and sauté on a medium flame for 3 mins till the onion turns translucent.

Add the spinach and sauté on a medium flame for 1 min.

Add half cup water mix well and cook well for on medium flame for 7 min. While staring occasionally.

While allow it cool completely.

Once cooled, blend mixture to a smooth puree.

Stain the puree with help of sieve and transfer it to kadhai.

Combine the cornflour milk mixture and cream in bowl and mix well till no lumps remain and add it to spinach puree and mix well till no lumps remain and add it spinach puree and mix well.

Add salt and black pepper then mix it properly.at time of plating you can put a slice of cheese (optional)
