Sauté the garlic and shallots until golden. Add dried shrimp, tamarind juice, fish sauce, stevia, keto soy sauce, and water. Stir and bring to a boil. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Add the shirataki noodles and stir to combine.

Add the eggs and stir until mixed, then add the vegetables last.

Serve with chili flakes, crushed almonds, and lime wedges on the side.
