Soak the red chilli in hot water. In mixie add red chilli, salt, garlic,ginger.grind it.

In a bowl add chicken, grinded paste, curd, and marinate one hour.

In a cooker add 5 tsp oil, 1/4th cup ghee,cinnamon,cloves,cardamon,bay leaf, onion and saute it till golden colour. Add the marinated chicken and saute it. Add half cup water and cover the lid and cook for 3 min In low flame.

Wash the rice. Open the cooker add 3 and half cup water.when it start boil add the rice.

Cook the rice till 3/4 th Done.add one handful coriander, one handful mint leaves.one lemon juice. Close the lid and cook in low flame for 8 min
