Cut the paneer into cubes.

In a large bowl, mix the thick yogurt, crushed black pepper, and salt. Add the paneer cubes and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat ghee on a skillet. Add the paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.

Add the bell pepper and onion cubes. Sprinkle with salt and cook with the paneer over high heat for 2 minutes.

Stir the remaining yogurt mixture and cook for 1 minute to make a flavorful sauce with a strong black pepper taste.

Serve the paneer and vegetable skewers with the black pepper yogurt sauce.
