Mince the duck breast (with out the skin). Slice the skin, liver and gizzard.

Boil the water with ginger.

Add mince duck. Stirred till it cook.

Deep Fried the sliced skin duck, liver, gizzard, garlic cloves, red onions and fresh makrut thai lime leaves. All are turn to golden brown and crispy.

Mix the cook minced duck in the bowl. Add crispy skin duck, liver, gizzard and garlic cloves, red onions. Seasoning with Ground Chili, lemon and salt. Sprinkle the shredded Coriander and the crispy fresh makrut thai lime leaves. Serve with cucumber, lettuce and long green bean.
