Crispy Garlic Chicken Sauté

This chicken sauté is my family's favorite dish. Even my son, who usually doesn't eat so much, can enjoy large helpings of this. I marinated the chicken beforehand so that it's flavored well with garlic and herbs.

As I wanted the skin side crispy, I removed any excess oil with kitchen paper as much as possible. This helps make the skin very crispy. Recipe by yukihapi

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 1/2~ 2 Chicken thigh
  2. 2 cloveGarlic
  3. 1Parsley (or Basil)
  4. 1Olive oil
  5. 1Krazy Salt
  6. 1Black pepper

Steps

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken thighs. Then coat with thinly sliced garlic and minced parsley. Place them on a tray. Drizzle on olive oil and marinate in the fridge for over one hour.

    Meanwhile, slice potatoes (not listed) thinly to serve with the chicken.

    Place your marinated chicken skin side down on the frying pan and add sliced potato around the chicken. Cover with a lid and steam fry over low to medium heat for a while.

    Once the skin turns golden brown, turn the chicken over. Continue to sauté without the lid. Slice into desired sizes and serve with potatoes.
