Heat oil in a large saucepan/pot on medium. Cook onion and green pepper for 5-8 minutes, until soft and brown. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant

Add mince to the pan and cook, breaking up lumps, for 8-10 minutes, until browned. Add tomato and tomato paste, black pepper and alil sugar (taste and add more or less to your liking) and simmer for 15 minutes, until thickened.

Meanwhile, cook Macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water according to packet directions. Drain and return to pan with mince. Stir in butter.

To make white sauce, melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add milk and keep stirring, for 2 minutes, until bubbling. Then add Mazena with alil water and stir, then add to milk and Simmer for 3-5minutes, until thickened. (but not too thick)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a medium size oven dish.

Place pasta and mince mixture in prepared dish. Cover with white sauce and top with the cheese and Sprinkle the Oreganum for garnish.

Bake for 20-30minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
