Steps

In a tbsp of hot water add yellow colour and add melted butter in it. Now in three tbsp of hot water add the yeast sugar mix and keep aside covered till the yeast blooms.

Now seive flour, corn flour, salt and milk powder and nutmeg powder.. Make a small well in the middle, add butter mixture and bloomed yeast mix together

Knead the dough with Lukewarm water. Apply little oil on hands make a smooth dough cover it and keep it warm place for one hr. Now add the truttifrutti and mix in a greased dish, put the dough again covered for one hr to let the dough rise.

Now grease the loaf tin. Keep aside pre heat the oven at 180degree c for fifteen min,take the dough cut a small piece. Make a braid and shape it on top of the rest dough. Put it in the baking loaf tin, milk wash it with brush and for ten min again keep it for proofing.

Now bake for thirty to thirty five min n after it is done glaze it with melted butter with the hai help of brush. Happy baking!!
