Wash mint and coriander and rinse. Take in a mixie jar add chilli ginger garlic salt, 1tsp. Sugar lemon juice n ice cubes. And churn Green spicy chutney is ready. Now take roasted bengal gram in a jar grind and make powder.

Now take a curd in a bowl mix green chutney and bengal gram powder and blend add rest of sugar and 1/4 cup water again blend with blender.

Garnish glass ring with sugar powder and serve spicy lassi add ice cubes serve chilled. Tasty innovative Spicy Lassi is ready to serve. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
