Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2packs Shirataki noodles
  2. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 3 tbsp● Sake
  4. 3 tbspMirin
  5. 1 tbspSugar
  6. 10 gramsButter

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the shirataki noodles into third and add to boiling water. Cook for about 1 minute and drain then return to the pot.

  2. 2

    Add the ● marked ingredients into Step 1 and toss to combine. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.

  3. 3

    Once the liquid has evaporated, add the butter and combine well. Serve on a plate and garnish with sliced scallions.
