Beef Patty for Burgers

Yesterday, my husband asked me to make burgers. So today, I made the patties. These patties are juicy and tender, but still have a nice texture when you bite into them. They're delicious! 😍 👍👌.

Yesterday, my husband asked me to make burgers. So today, I made the patties. These patties are juicy and tender, but still have a nice texture when you bite into them. They're delicious! 😍 👍👌.
Steps
- 1
Tear the white bread into pieces in a bowl, pour in the milk, and mix until the bread is soft and smooth.
- 2
In a clean bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, egg, the milk-soaked bread, salt, pepper, beef bouillon powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix until well combined. Take a small amount of the meat mixture, fry or boil it to test the flavor. Once the flavor is right, the meat mixture is ready to be shaped.
- 3
Shape into slightly flattened rounds. Adjust the thickness to your preference. I like them a bit thick 😊, and this makes 10 patties.
- 4
Fry with a little butter or margarine over low heat until cooked through (so they cook inside without burning the outside). Don't flip them too often. Let them cook on one side for a while before flipping. You can press them down with the back of a wooden spoon.
- 5
The beef patties are ready to use 😊. Juicy and yummy 👍👌😄. Just make a burger with burger buns, lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese.
- 6
If you don't want to cook them all at once, you can store them in the freezer. You can steam them first, then store them in an airtight container. Or, without steaming, wrap each one in plastic wrap and place in the freezer. When ready to use, let them come to room temperature before frying or baking.
