Steps

In a wok fry the onion when golden brown take it out from oil and keep aside.

Now in the same wok add mince and cook it well with ginger garlic paste. Add all spices and cook again.

Now grind fried onions with tomatoes and add this paste in mince and cook until oil seperates. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chillies and serve with naan or chapati.
