Ingredients

20-25 minutes
8-10 ladoos
  • 3/4 cupMillet flour (ragi flour)
  • 1/4 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupmelted ghee
  • 1/2 cupalmond powder/ (chopped)
  • 1/4 cupsugar powder/to taste
  • 1 tbspCardamom powder (elaichi powder)
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 2 tbspDry coconut
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg (grated)

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add raggi flour,ata and on low flame roast for 7-8 minutes. Stir continuously

  2. 2

    Add melted ghee and almonds powder, poppy seeds, dry coconut, nutmeg, and on low flame continuously stir until the rustic small is gone for 15 minutes. Set aside

  3. 3

    Add powder sugar and elaichi powder and mix well.while warm grease your palm and make ladoos. If the mixture crumbles then add more melted ghee and make the ladoo

  4. 4

    Ladoos are ready to be served it

    Yummy and tasty
