Cooking Instructions

Heat up the ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add suji, mix well and roast suji on medium flame.

Roast suji till it changes colour to light brown and starts releasing ghee stirring constantly.

Add milk and sugar. Mix well and cook till milk evaporates. Keep stirring occasionally.

Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, raisins and chopped nuts. Mix everything well. Switch off the flame.

Suji Halwa is ready to serve. Garnish with some raisins and chopped nuts and serve hot or warm. Enjoy !!
