You are all going to think I am turning into a bit of a drinker but with a lot of the restaurants and pubs closed due to Covid. I am finding I like to make a nice drink to relax. My mom gave me this recipe and as soon as I try it out I will add the pictures.

You are all going to think I am turning into a bit of a drinker but with a lot of the restaurants and pubs closed due to Covid. I am finding I like to make a nice drink to relax. My mom gave me this recipe and as soon as I try it out I will add the pictures.

In a blender, combine Vodka, Bailey’s, coffee that has been made into ice cubes and sea salt.

Blend till smooth.

Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup up the sides and also on the bottom of the tall glass.

Pour contents of blender into glass and garnish on top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Optional, you could before you top the glass with your garnishments, add some of the chocolate syrup to the whipped cream to make it chocolate flavoured.
