I use all the seasonal greens that I have available in my fridge like wild garlic leaves, spring onions and spinach to make this gorgeously green pesto. It’s a really delicious plantbased/vegan pesto sauce to enjoy.

If you can’t find wild garlic you can simply just use spring onions or chives instead.

Perfect to add in pasta, making sauces and more

Ingredients

15 minutes
1 jar
  1. 1 handfulspinach
  2. 1 handfulwild garlic leaves
  3. 4spring onions, chopped
  4. 5-6green olives
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 handfulbasil (optional)
  7. 4-5 tbspgood olive oil
  8. 1lemon juice
  9. 1 tsplemon zest
  10. 3-4 tbsproasted pine nuts
  11. PinchSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put everything together in the food blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little more olive if the paste too thick.
