1 cupbaisun
Salt
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 tspcumin seeds
Oil for deep frying

Cut potatoes into finger shape and dip into cold water

Take baisun in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds. Add water and make batter.

Dip fries in a batter and pour them in medium heat oil. Cook them in medium heat.

Dish out in a serving plate and serve them hot.
