    Boil your sweet potatoes for 10mims in salty water

    Drain your water.

    Heat your oil pan

  4. 4

    Cut your potatoes into half's

  5. 5

    Deep fry your potatoes into golden Brown

  6. 6

    Serve it with chopped coriander
