First grease a pan with ghee. Now add full fat milk in it and boil it on high flame of gas till it comes to a boil. On the other hand, grind cashews, almonds and pistachios in a mixer.

Now let the milk boil on medium heat of gas and add the milk sticking to the side with a spoon. Now add almond, cashew and pistachio powder, saffron string, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder, mix everything well and cook the milk for 20 minutes and keep stirring.

Now add sugar, mix everything well, cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turn off the gas flame and put the mixture in another bowl to cool.

Once the mixture cools down, blend the creamy mixture in a blender and make a creamy basundi. Now add cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and mix well.

Now our Dry Fruits Basundi is ready to serve. Garnish with basundi sliced cashews, almonds and pistachios.
