First soaked moong daal atleast for 2-3 hours or over night.

Cut all the veggies. (Add veggies of your choice like corn, bell peppers)

Now grind the daal. Smooth paste.

Mix daal and veggies. Add salt and red chili powder. Mix it well. (Don't add water)

Heat the tawa, spread the batter on the. Remember it will be little thick as it has lots of veggies.

Once one side is cooked then flip and turn.

Serve with chutney or sauce..
