In a bowl, add 1 cup flour, salt and ghee. Mix all things together

Add water and make a tight dough.

Rest the dough for 20 minutes. Make it into small balls.

In a small bowl add 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp flour and make a paste.

Spread the dough into thin sheets with the help of roller. Apply the paste on it.

Place another sheet on it. In the same process keep 5 sheets together. And roll it tightly. And cut it into small cubes

Heat oil in a pan. Take one piece and gently press it and drop it into the medium hot oil.

Fry till golden in a low flame. In the meantime make sugar syrup of one sting consistency. Add the fried kaajas into the sugar syrup. Soak for 1 minute and take away.

Sweet kaajas are ready.
