1 bowl
  • 1sweet potato grated
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1.5 cupmilk
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/4 cupHoney
  • 1 tbspGhee

30-35 mins
  1. 1

    Add grated sweet potato and ghee saute 1 min then add water and let it boil.

    Then add milk and simmer till milk reduced in half. Then cover and switch off flame.

    Now add Honey when it is little warm and mix. It's ready.
