Potato with vegetable sauce (Dankalin hausa da sauce)

Peel the potatoes and cut into smaller sizes (15 minutes).

Wash the carrot, cabbage, onions and waterleaf with salt (10 minutes)

Cut the washed vegetables.

Wash the vegetable again

Pour groundnut oil in the frying fan and put on fire, leave for few minutes.
Put the cut potatoes and fry, it can be shallow or deep fried (depends on a person's preferance). (20 minutes) - 6
Pour oil in the frying pan, add curry and thyme. Add the grinded tomato & pepper (5 minutes)

Add seasonings, fry.
Then add carrot and fry. (3 minutes)
Add the cabbage and waterleaf and fry. (2 minutes) - 8
Add the onions and fry (3 minutes)

Boil the egg or break and fry (depends on ones preference) (3 - 4 minutes)

Serve hot with boiled egg or fried egg. Can be taken with pap or tear or juice.
