Fish Cutlets came up from the idea of simple potato cultets. I've taken just replaced it with Fish mince to recreate the delicious recipe of Fish Cutlets, It's very tasty and my highly recommended recipe to try at home. It can be served as a good addon to iftar table. Try it.... !!!

1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
1/2 teaspoonchilli flakes

1/2 teaspoonajwain

1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
Cilantro to taste
2Egg beaton
Breadcrumbs as required
Spicy bread crumbs coating
Oil for frying

Fish mince add in bowl add all spices and cilantro mix together and make cutlets

Add cutlets in egg then in breadcrumbs

Heat the oil in a pan, fry until tender and turn golden
Serve it hot.
