Sewaiyon Ka Muzaffar

This is very popular and made as a second sweet dish in most of the houses on the day of Eid. Made with Thin Vermicelli, Milk Solids and Milk along with lots of Dry Fruits and Sugar, this is like sweet Sewaiyan but it's on the softer side. Due to addition of Milk, it is soft and just melts in mouth. The rest of the process remains the same just like that of Hyderabadi Sewaiyon Ka Meetha with a few changes. That's it. All in all it's a lovely one to make on any day or for any get togethers or close knit parties at home. It's perfect for an after meal Dessert. Infact this is the most easiest of all. The only thing is that you need to have these thin Vermicelli or Sewaiyan handy. The Hyderabadi markets are loaded with these in Ramadan and one can easily get them. And they can be stored for a long time. Also they can be roasted and stored in the refrigerator for about a few Months in airtight containers. Let's get going with the recipe.

Steps
- 1
Roast thin Sewaiyan or baarik Sewaiyan as we call in Urdu, in a cooking pot using Ghee as required. You can take a little lesser amount of it than mentioned. Roast until golden brown and done. Keep aside.
- 2
To the same Ghee, add the slivered Dry Fruits and Nuts. Also add the crushed Cardamom pods. Now fry for a minute or two before adding the roasted Sewaiyan. Along with it add Milk, Sugar and the Fresh Cream.
- 3
Mix well and simmer on a low heat with a lid on. Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. I use Condensed Milk in place of Sugar many a times. It tastes awesome and creamier. Let the Sugar melt and the Sewaiyan get ready with lovely texture. Now remove from the heat.
- 4
It's all ready to be served warm to your loved ones and friends. It tastes yummy when served warm. Enjoy!
