For the dough:sieve flour put in butter,pinch of salt, Maggi,cumin seeds and mix

Then break one egg into it and add one cup of water mix until it form a dough,cover and let it rest for 10mins

Add red pepper,curry,ajino,maggi,pinch of salt, chopped onions to your mashed potatoes and mix very well until all the ingredients combine,the keep it to rest for 15 to 20 mins

Then cut and roll your dough,put the mashed potatoes mix in the middle then roll it put a little flour and water mix at the end to hold it or use a tooth pic instead,then fry

Done,it can be served with a cool drink or a hot coffee.
