Steps

Wash poha and soak in a milk for10 min. Soak saffron in 1-2tbsp. Water.

Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan crackle cumin seeds urad dal add green chilli and peanuts. Saute for a min. Now add poha with milk and stir add cumin coriander powder suth powder cumin black pepper powder mix well.Now add saffron water n mix properly.

Now add curd and stir. Cover the lid and cook for 2-3min. Lastly add honey and mix it well. Turn off flame and cover.Leave it in a pan for 2-3min.

Take in a serving plate n serve hot. Garnish with pomogranate seeds and curry leaves. Tasty healthy Panchamrut Poha is ready to serve.
