Tie yoghurt in a clean muslin cloth and hang to drip overnight or for at least 6-7 hours.

Make sure to refrigerate during this time

Grind the sugar to a fine powder and keep it aside

Put drained yoghurt into a bowl, add 1/4 cup of sugar and beat it

Beat the yoghurt and sugar till you get a creamy consistency

🥰add saffron in warm milk, keep it aside take half of the shrikhand mixture in a bowl mix in cardamom powder and dissolved saffron and chopped nuts

Don't over mix to retain the creamy texture serve it chilled
