[Farmhouse Recipe] Frozen Mixed Bell Peppers

I used to grow bell peppers in different colors and wanted to use them in the winter, too. That's why I came up with a way to freeze them.
Bell peppers are picked at the end of September, so I cut them into different shapes and freeze them. This is very useful to keep a stock for making fried rice and omurice.
Just take out as much as you need. Recipe by FarmersK

[Farmhouse Recipe] Sweet Potato [Farmhouse Recipe] Sweet Potato
The store-bought sweet potatoes are too hard for me, so I made fluffy soft ones. When they are just baked, the dough sticks to the aluminum foil, so remove the sweet potatoes from the tray after they have cooled down.Add the rum to your taste. I recommend adding 2 teaspoons of rum for people who like rum, and 1 teaspoon for other people. Adding rum makes the sweet potatoes taste really authentic and professionally made. [Farmhouse Recipe] Fruit-Like Carrot Jelly [Farmhouse Recipe] Fruit-Like Carrot Jelly
I tried making carrot jelly using several methods, such as using squeezed out carrot juice, or cooking it until tender and pureeing it, but I think this version is the best!To grate the carrot, I used a fine-tooth grater that I normally use to grate ginger and garlic. The amount of sugar depends on how much lemon juice is used, but if you don't add at least 3 tablespoons it will be sour. If you like it sweet, try using 4 tablespoons. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan
