Traditional Aloo Palak pakory

Wash, peel and slice potatoes into pieces.

Rinse and roughly chop spinach in a bowl.

Add potatoes, spinach and all spices into a bowl.

Add gram flour into it and mix well with pouring water as needed to make a mixture.

Heat up oil in frying pan and add small portion of mixture into it.

Deep fry all pakoras.

Traditional aloo palak pakora is ready to serve.
