Ingredients

  1. 2 cupWhite chick pea
  2. 1 tbspTamarind pulp
  3. 1 tspSugar
  4. 1 tbspCrushed cumin seed
  5. 1 tbspCrushed red chilli
  6. 1Onion
  7. Coriander leaves small bunxch
  8. 2Green chillies
  9. 2 tbspYogurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chickpeas overnight. Boil with salt and pinch of baking soda.

    In boil chicken pea add tamarind paste,

    Roast cumin seed and red chilli crush them coarsely. Add in the chick pea.

    Thinly slice cut onion tomatoes coriander leaves and green chillies.

    Add sugar salt yogurt and mix everything
