Heat some oil in a skillet. Season the chicken with 3tsp cumin, salt and pepper. When the oil is hot, add the chicken.

In the meantime, dice the onion, chop the coriander and mash the avocado. Mix the avocado with 1tb lime juice, salt and pepper.

When the chicken has finished cooking, take it out of the pan. Add the onion to the pan and if needed some oil.

Fry the onion for a bit, then add the drained black beans, cumin and the rest of the lime juice and mix. Also preheat the oven to 150⁰C.

Cut the chicken in half lengthwise and then into thin slices.

Assemble the wraps by spreading some cream cheese on it and avocado on it. Drizzle with Tabasco.

Layer on the black beans and onions, corn, chicken, cheddar cheese, coriander and 1tb salsa.

Roll it up and place it in an oven-safe dish. Repeat this with the other tortillas and place in the oven until the cheese has melted.
