Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  1. 2 cupsWhey (paneerjal)
  2. 1 cuppar boiled mix vegetables of your choice
  3. 2 tbsp3 coloured bell peppers (finely chopped)
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped fresh mint leaves
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. Salt to taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add vegetables and salt in whey and let it boil for 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add black pepper and bell peppers.

  3. 3

    After few seconds turn off the heat.

  4. 4

    Top up with mint leaves and coriander and serve hot.
