Season chicken w/ salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sear 4-5 minutes both sides over medium high heat. Cover, set aside.

Combine cream, broth, powder, and seasoning over same pan, same heat. Whisk and simmer 3-4 minutes until thick enough to coat wooden spoon, then whisk in parmesan

Add sun dried tomatoes and spinach; simmer 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted

Add chicken; toss to warm and coat
