Steps

Take a mixing bowl put grated cauliflower,green chilli and all spices add and mix.

Take dough ball dusting and roll on with rolling pin then shape of square.

Take one square parantha spread gobhi stuff sprad then cover with another parantha seal them.

Take a nonstick griddle hot put parantha fry in both sides apply oil.

Then serve parantha in curd.
