Steps

Mix together gram flour,salt,garam masala and 1/2 tsp chilli powder.

Gradually add in water and mix to make a thin,runny batter.

Keep the batter aside for a while.

Peel and thinly slice the potato lengthwise.

Sprinkle salt and chilli powder on potato slices and mix.

Heat oil in a wok.

Dip potato in batter.
- 8
Deep fry till light golden.
- 9
Serve with any sauce.
