Cut the bread slices in small pieces and grind it using a mixer grinder.

Now take the semolina in a big bowl and add curd in it. Mix it well. And let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then add in all the chopped vegetables (carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato, coriander) and oats in it.

Then add in the crushed bread. Add water and Mix it well.

Now on a tawa add some oil and spread it. Now make small chills using this batter. Add some oil on top. Slower the flame.

Let it cook till it becomes light golden.

Now after it is cooked on both the sides your bread oats chilla is ready to be served.

Serve it with some shezwan chutney and aam panna.
