  1. 150 gmraw turmeric
  2. 150 gmcauliflower
  3. 100 gmgreen peas
  4. 2tomato puree
  5. 1 tablespoonginger and chillies paste
  6. 2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  8. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  9. 2 tablespoonmaggi masala
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 100 gmghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First peel turmeric and grated it.boil green peas. And finely chopped cauliflower

    Add ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, cumin seeds aand add ginger chillies paste and tomato paste.

    Now add chopped cauliflower and cook it and now add boiled green peas and mix it

    Now add grated turmeric and cooked 5 minutes.add all spices and mix well

    Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti,paratha
