This dish is very simple. Prepare the ingredients and let them drain!

Fry the tofu and eggs until golden, and boil the meat. Then slice all the fruits, vegetables, eggs, and sausage into thin strips. Slice the meat as thinly as possible. Finally, arrange everything nicely on a platter and enjoy!

For the fish sauce, to get the right taste, mix 1 teaspoon of sugar with 3 tablespoons of water, 5 tablespoons of fish sauce, and a bit of lime juice to taste. Add minced garlic and chili at the end. Since we have kids who can't eat spicy food, I don't add chili!
