Brioche-style Pancake Mix Bread

I tried adding some leftover pancake mix and ended up with a soft, sweet, brioche-like bread, similar to that of our neighbourhood bakery. Brioche usually has plenty of butter, but by using coffee creamer I've reduce the butter.
If you put the bread case itself on the scale to weight the ingredients, it cuts down on washing afterwards.
About the coffee creamer: there's soy and milk-based types. Either is fine. However, the milk-based type is a bit richer and helps the bread expand, so I would suggest going with this. Recipe by Miashanmama

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the dry ingredients except for the yeast in the bread case. Place the butter on top, and pour in the milk, coffee creamer, and egg around it.
- 2
Set up the bread case and the dry yeast in the bread maker and start the machine on the white bread course with a medium crust.
- 3
Done.. If you're not going to eat it immediately, let cool on top of a rack, etc. Once it cools, wrap it up to keep it from drying out.
- 4
It will maintain a soft texture even after it cools. It's delicious eaten as-is, or with maple syrup or butter.

Brown Sugar Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix Brown Sugar Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix
I used brown sugar instead of regular white sugar. To prevent the hot water splashing onto the bread, be extra careful with the amount of water you use. Also take care when you're removing it from the pan. You can prevent the hot water from dripping if you double the liners (or place muffin cups inside), in which case you'd only need to lift out the cups inside. Chewy Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix & Bread Flour Chewy Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix & Bread Flour
I really wanted to eat some chewy steamed bread but when I tried to make it with shiratamako, it just wouldn't mix.I should use it for dango instead, so I tried with bread flour and it went quite well.・Pancake mix is a little sweet, whereas rice flour is not, so it needs a bit more sugar than the recipes that use 100% pancake mix.・These have a really light taste so they go well with jam or something similar.
