Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift together the ○ ingredients.
- 2
In a bowl, mix together the egg yolk, the sifted ingredients from Step 1, the baking powder, yogurt, and soy milk.
- 3
Put the egg white in a bowl and whip well until soft peaks form to make the meringue.
- 4
Add the meringue to the bowl from Step 2 and being careful not to smash the meringue, gently mix to incorporate throughout the batter.
- 5
Melt a little butter in a frying pan and cook the pancakes on a low-medium heat on each side for 1:30-2 minutes. Adjust the time according to the size of your pancakes.
- 6
The batter isn't too sweet, so garnish with powdered sugar, maple syrup, pancake syrup, honey, etc. They're also great with fruit!

Soufflé Pancakes Soufflé Pancakes
I was craving those famous soufflé pancakes you eat in a cafe, and so this is my attempt to recreate the dish.Although these pancakes are slightly sweetened, it actually makes quite a nice breakfast since they are pancakes after all. Or, you can try them with all sorts of flavors...This is my new favorite pancake recipe. These pancakes will rise when baked, but they will shrivel slightly immediately after they're done. They won't shrink any more after that even when they've cooled down, so you can heat them up before serving.Whipped milk and other creams go well too, since these pancakes are quite fluffy. Soufflé Pancake Soufflé Pancake
Fluffy Soufflé Pancakes and Breakfast RecipePancake, loved as a regular breakfast choice for their simple ingredients and easy preparation. In addition to the basic batter made with flour, eggs, and milk, you can add any ingredients you like to suit your taste. For sweetness, you can replace sugar with jam or fruit purée. Mixing in meringue, like in a soufflé, makes the pancakes fluffier and softer in texture. While butter and maple syrup are the usual toppings, you can also use honey, whipped cream, jam, Nutella, fruit, or ice cream to your liking. Serve them with fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or bacon for a heartier meal.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tcAIf393_A All Day Meal -

Buttermilk Pancakes Buttermilk Pancakes
While watching TV, I saw a restaurant that served pancakes using buttermilk powder and it looked so delicious, so I decided to try to make some myself. If using plain yogurt, decrease the amount of soy milk or regular milk. When pouring the batter into the pan, form it into a neat circle so that it will be soft. Instead of baking soda, you can use 1-2 tablespoons of carbonated water to create a springier pancake. In that case, decrease the amount of soy milk. Recipe by keiO3 cookpad.japan -
Bill's Ricotta Cheese Pancakes! Bill's Ricotta Cheese Pancakes!
I got Bill Granger's recipe and made my own version that is easy to make at home. It's even fluffier and more mouth-watering than the real deal! This is the result of much trial and error. This is the most delicious and easiest version. It's maintains a nice cheesy texture. The pancakes themselves aren't that sweet, but if you use the honeycomb butter and powdered sugar, they will become sweet enough. If you have a sweet tooth, you can also use maple syrup!
