Steps

Take a bowl add suji, chili flakes, salt & turmeric powder, mix. Now add curd & mix. Now add the required water. Cover the batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.
take a Kadai to add 1cup water add Maggi - 2
Now add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder & salt saute for 1 minute & add 1 cup of water. Now add Maggi and mix well

Heat appe pan on slow flame, add oil, and add suji Maggi past. Cover the pan and let the appe cook until nicely browned from the bottom. Flip and cook from another side as well. Serve hot & relish.

Serve with green chili and sauce
